Shipping policy

Shipping Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Damages and Issues:

  •  Please send us an email indicating damages and issues (pictures) to: backtoedenhealingessentials@gmail.com
  • After review and assessment of product(s) a determination will be available within 1- 3 business days if the issue at hand is in error on our part.
  • Please Note: Back II Eden Healing Essentials, LLC. is not responsible for packages damaged in transit.   Please contact your shipping carrier immediately. All shipments are covered with Insurance.

Exchanges: 

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
